Behold, we announced back in March. Louise Ciccone, better known as Madonna, was to make the leap to fashion design. In this project, Blonde Ambition has been alone, but has had the help of her teenage daughter, Lourdes Mary.
The collection designed both entitled ‘Material Girl’, a declaration of intent. Well, as we see from the first sketches that have come to light, the collection seems inspired by Madonna’s triumphant years, the era of the eighties.
The collection of Madonna and Lourdes is directed to teenagers, and shall include items such as skinny jeans, leggings, short skirts, corsets, patterned skirts, boots and a line of jewelry. The creations of ‘Material Girl’ is venderrá exclusively in Macy’s department stores starting next August.
