Paris Hilton sued for U.S. $ 35 million

In 2007, Paris Hilton has signed an agreement with the company 3.5 million Hairtech International to promote their range of hair extensions Dream Catcher.

The owners of the company noted with anger that the heiress had appeared in magazines and on television with extensions of a competing company, reports FemaleFirst.

The lawsuit filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles International Hairtech claims 35 million to Hilton for damages and breach of his contract.

Moreover, in his contract, there was a clause saying it would enforce the law. However, she missed a launch party, because she was in prison. Recall that in 2007, Hilton has 23 days in jail for driving on two occasions with a suspended license during his probation for reckless driving.

This is not the first time that Paris Hilton is being prosecuted in a history of promotion. In 2008, the producers of the film Pledge This! it claimed 8.3 million because they said that the film was a flop due to the fact that the main interest has refused to promote it.

A decision must be made shortly in this case, whether Hilton must pay or not.
