This is so-last-year issue on Grey’s Anatomy. So many people want to leave. From Katherine Heigl to T.R. Knight. Sad to hear this, Knight is totally gone for this serial.

Who can imagine Grey’s Anatomy without our lovely hunk T.R. Knight? But that’s the deal. There’s so many fans were shocked with this news. Recently, Grey’s Anatomy become our favourite television serial after E.R. But during the fifth season, he found the character is not suitable anymore.

From the interview with Entertainment Weekly, for the first nine episodes of season 5, he appeared on screen a total of only 48 minutes, compared to 114 for Sandra Oh’s Christina. Still, due to what he calls a gradual “breakdown of communication” between himself and exec producer Shonda Rhimes, the actor chose not to ask his boss what was going on with his character. Instead, he simply asked to leave.

What about the contract? Knight also said that, “From an outsider’s perspective, I get the [impression that] ‘He’s just a spoiled actor…he doesn’t know how good he has it. There are a lot of people who would like to be in my position. But in the end, I need to be fulfilled in my work.”

It just so sad when Heigl is didn’t on the list. But she got lucky in there! “The Ugly Truth” is a romantic comedy about a love-challenged TV producer (Heigl) and a sexist correspondent (Butler) and opens July 24.
