Seems the world is getting hard for Kiefer Sutherland. This Emmy Award winner was charged after designer Jack McColloughh said he head-butted him and made his nose broke at a Manhattan nightclub. Ouch!

A spokeswoman for the Manhattan district attorney’s office says that the schedule for court appearence has been changed this Friday, so he won’t go to Manhattan. A new date has not been set yet.

Sutherland and McCollough issued a collective account a few weeks after adage they had bound their differences, allowance the way for accuse to be dropped. Sutherland apologized to McCollough in the statement.
